GETTING STARTED
What is the minimum number of gifts we can register for?
There is no minimum number of gifts required.
What is group gifting and how do we enable it on our registry?

Group gifting allows your guests to contribute to part of the total cost of a higher-priced item. For example, if you put a $500 coffee machine on your registry, a guest can contribute something like $100 toward that gift. That way, you can receive higher-priced gifts that might not be purchased for you by just one person!

You can enable group gifting on items that cost 400 ILS + by clicking on the ‘Enable Group Gifting’ button when you click on the three dots on an item in your registry. You will then be able to split up the gift into 2-6 contributions.

Now go add that coffee machine of your dreams!

Can we add or delete gifts from our registry once it’s made public?
Of course! Even after you make your registry viewable to your guests, you can have fun adding or removing gifts as you please. Once an item is purchased from your registry, you can easily transfer it to store credit if you'd like a different gift.
What happens if group gifting doesn’t reach its goal?
Good question! If your gift does not reach its goal, you can choose to contribute the rest of the cost of the item yourself, or receive store credit for other La’Bayit gifts.
What if we want to register for an item but it isn’t on your website?
If you find a product in a store or on a website in Israel that you would like to add to your registry, let us know! We will speak to that store and do our best to add the item to our site.
REGISTRY MANAGEMENT
How do we share our registry with our guests?
With La’Bayit it is super easy to share your registry with your guests. You can send them the link provided to you in ‘My Registry Link’ in the ‘Manage Registry’ section.
Can we keep track of who sent us gifts?
Absolutely! Your Dashboard will display a list of each gift that was purchased for you and the awesome guest who purchased it. You will also receive an email notification each time an item is purchased.
Until when can items be purchased from our registry?
Items can be purchased from your registry until your delivery is scheduled.
RECEIVING GIFTS
When do we receive the items?

Your gifts will all be delivered to you FOR FREE at one specified time, so that you don’t need to deal with the Post Office. You can customize the delivery date using the ‘Delivery Coordinator’ in ‘Manage Registry’.

Terms & Conditions:

Customers are eligible for free delivery when 1) the customer is a couple that is getting married and has a registry 2) at least 10 items are being delivered that were purchased from the registry. If fewer than 10 items were purchased from the registry, items can be picked up in Jerusalem by the customer or delivered through the mail for 29 NIS. 3) The delivery date is to be scheduled within three months after the wedding date.

What happens if an item we registered for is out of stock?
Because there is often a gap between the time you register for gifts and when the gifts are actually purchased, an item may be out of stock by the time it is purchased. In such a case, you will receive store credit to purchase a different item from our site. If instead you would like your guest to be reimbursed, please let us know.
Do we have to go to the Post Office to pick up our items?
Nope. One of the greatest perks of La’Bayit is that we hand-deliver all of your gifts at one convenient time FOR FREE, which you customize using our ‘Delivery Coordinator.
Can we return items we no longer want?
Because La’Bayit items are sourced from dozens of suppliers all over Israel, we cannot allow returns once items have been delivered to you. Of course, if you receive a defective or broken item, please contact us and we will be sure to replace it for you.
How do we know that a gift has been bought off our registry?
You will receive an email every time a gift is purchased off your registry (yay gifts!). This way, you get to feel the excitement every time you get a new gift! You can turn off email notifications for purchased gifts in ‘Account’ in ‘Email Notifications’.
Do my guests have to pay for shipping?
Nope! That’s right, shipping is FREE!
How long does delivery take?
Once you've confirmed your final order, we just need two weeks to gather all your awesome wedding gifts together. Your delivery can be scheduled for any time after that! Please note: Some additional time may be required due to holidays or other unusual circumstances.
How does store credit work?
Your store credit appears on the “Gifts Tracker” page. In order to add store credit, click the “Convert to store credit” button next to any of your purchased gifts. The credit will then show up as “Available Store Credit” on the top of the page. In order to apply the store credit, either click the “Apply Store Credit” button or go to the “Store” and click “Add to Cart” under the gifts you would like to purchase. Next, go to the Cart and click “Apply Store Credit”. Voila!

How do we finalize our order?
When you are ready to receive your gifts, hover your mouse over “Registry”, click on “Gifts Tracker”, and then click on the bright pink button that says “Confirm Final Order”. Once you’ve confirmed your final order, you will be taken straight to the “Delivery Coordinator” to schedule your delivery. Congrats!
